Description
Shootout at the O.K. Corral occurred in Tombstone Arizona between Wyatt Earp and his brothers Virgil Earp, Morgan Earp, and Doc Holiday against the Clanton Gang run by Old Man Clanton who did not participate in the Shootout. When Morgan Earp was killed at a later time Wyatt and Doc Holiday tracked down the killers and shot them that included Old Man Clanton. My historical novel "Wild West" provides an in depth well researched book about the Earps, and Shootout at the O.K. Corral. Search Amazon.com under my name.

A beautiful 'naive' style painting of this famed incident, well suited to depict the rough Wild West and its equally rough men. - Did you know that John Wayne met Wyatt Earp when Earp was a consultant for Western movies in his later life ? ! ðŸ¤

Thank you Hartmut for your incisive comment about my painting Shootout At The O.k. Corral. Did you know that the shootout did not occur in the O.K. Corral, instead on 4th Street as provided?
